If a product isn’t right for you, you can easily return or exchange it under the following policy:

Product returns

You can return a product up to 14 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

• The product is new and unused
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is attached (invoice / order confirmation)

Exchanges

Want to exchange a size or style?
We’ll be happy to help! Exchanges are possible subject to available stock and by prior arrangement with customer service.

Refunds

After the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order, less any cancellation fees that apply by law.

Good to know

• Products that have been used, damaged or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return
• Shipping fees may apply for returning the product
• The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us
